More than 2,000 volunteers have participated in the II International Volunteer Week Repsol, benefiting more than 16,000 people in 25 countries.

With this initiative, we join one of the most necessary and ambitious challenges today: the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a set of 17 global goals to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030, which were approved in 2015 by the 193 UN member countries and to which, we are all required to contribute towards their achievement.

The activities of the Repsol International Volunteering Week will revolve around three SDGs, Zero Hunger (SDG 2), Quality Education (SDG 4), and Climate Action (SDG 13). In addition to keeping the first two, which were chosen by current and retired employees last year, SDG 13 has been included this year, in accordance with the commitment of Repsol and the Fundación Repsol against climate change and its commitment to a sustainable energy transition.
