Communication skills are increasingly important for young people in their professional development. However, some people find it difficult to express themselves or speak in public. Help them improve these skills through this activity!
You will spend a morning carrying out a variety of exercises and activities with youngsters that have reduced employment prospects to work on verbal and non-verbal communication.


What will be your role as a volunteer?


In this activity, the team of Repsol volunteers will spend a morning with students, encouraging them to take part in several exercises to improve their written and verbal communication skills. Likewise, the team will advise students based on their experience in a non-verbal communication workshop.

Now you can contribute to the care of the forests and the environment! How? Sign up in this activity in which you will participate in environmental training for children in schools, in which you will not only deal with theoretical topics but you will also put them into practice by developing seedlings of native species.

What is your role as a volunteer going to be?
In this activity, the Repsol team of volunteers will be in charge of transmitting the importance of recycling, emphasizing on the importance of recycling organic waste and showing the benefits it can have for the community. The development of seedlings will also be incorporated and each child will be able to plant a native specie. Finally, you will be part of a training to prevent forest fires.

Requirements

You will receive information prior to the activity in order to carry out the training tasks. You don't have to have specific skills, just a good attitude and a willingness to help - sign up before October 14!

These days, young people are never sure what they want to do with their lives. Help guide them with you experience! Students of computing intermediate vocational training programmes will visit Repsol's Systems Centre to find out more about the daily work of the professionals and the latest technology being used there. Sign up for this activity, accompany these youngsters during their visit, and answer their questions!
This activity will help vulnerable young people from low-income families or at risk of marginalisation.
 

What will be your role as a volunteer? 

In this activity, the team of Repsol volunteers will spend a morning with students, explaining the technology and control mechanisms that Repsol uses to guarantee projects are carried out correctly and ensure safety at the company. You will also be able to share your experiences and answer the youngsters' questions about their professional future.

Requirements 

You must have a good level of knowledge about new technologies and know how the Information Systems Centre works. Sign up before 14th October!
